	Rita Trillo-Ugarte President Rita Trillo-Ugarte is recognized for her entrepreneurial skills, achievements in education, and success in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. But what ultimately accounts for Rita's success and visibility is her zeal in helping Filipinos achieve their potential. With over 6 years of experience in the BPO industry, she spearheads all of ExcelAsia's nationwide operations and business strategies. Rita leveraged her BPO career as she joined Source One Communications in 2002 under the direct supervision of one of the pioneers of the Philippine call center industry, Karen Batungbacal. Rita also joined SITEL Philippines and initiated its agent training and recruitment processes as well as helped leverage its international and local business development strategies. Rita's ultimate goal is for ExcelAsia to help the Filipino people acquire the right skills, confidence, and the right attitude needed to become a globally competitive and highly sought-after workforce for all industries.
	Anna Maria Trillo Vice President Annie is one of the driving forces behind all of ExcelAsia's successes and achievements. She has been involved with ExcelAsia since its inception. She has handled all departments and directly contributed to the immense growth and pace of ExcelAsia. She helped initiate operations for Business Development, Training, and Recruitment and now heads all of ExcelAsia's operations, sites and clients. Annie also works closely with ExcelAsia’s site directors and trainers to ensure that recruitment and training remains geared towards providing quality services for its business partners. With an innate ability for managing people and a sense of humor to accompany it, she has achieved excellent levels of teamwork and motivation from the entire ExcelAsia team. Annie's love and passion for her team and the company is clearly seen through her ultimate dedication to excellence.
	Katrina Abad Romero-Salas Assistant Vice President Katrina Abad Romero-Salas joined ExcelAsia in 2006. An interior designer by profession, she decided to take on the challenge of working in the corporate world and has succeeded in her endeavor. She made her way onto becoming Assistant Vice President through her hard work, dedication, and love for the company as well as what it stands for. Katrina started out in ExcelAsia as a Communications Trainer, was promoted to Senior Account Manager after only 6 months, and then promoted once more as Assistant Vice President. Katrina exceeded the company's expectations when she bridged the gap between the large agent requirements of a BPO client she handled, and the internal training and recruitment processes of ExcelAsia, resulting in an award for ExcelAsia as the "Best Recruitment Partner". Her passion and commitment to excellence makes her the perfect fit as one of ExcelAsia's success stories.
